If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Product Guarantee The Financial Services Authority (FSA) and Distance Marketing Directive regulations provide for anulment of your policy and full refund if within 14 days you are not satisfied with the product for any reason. This does not apply if you have made a claim under the policy or if you have already left on your holiday. You must deliver all policy documents back to World24-7Assist and we will arrange for the policy to be anulled and a refund credited to your credit or debit card. All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company management.
